Loh Wei Hoong was the Head of Marketing Department of KPMG for many years (Big 4 Accounting Firm globally). He was responsible for the strategic planning, brand management, public relations, marketing planning and market research for the Firm. Later, he joined BDO (Fifth largest accounting firm) and become Senior Manager in charge of operations and human resources management. Loh also worked in various industries namely financial industry, oil and gas industries with years of working experience.
Loh is an entrepreneur. He started an English Language School in Tianjin. Later he involved several investment projects in China. 2015, he started a B2B business portal, minebiz2u.com in Malaysia and he is the Chief Marketing Officer. 2016, he joined Neruti Technology Sdn Bhd, a software company specialized in Artificial Intelligence and machine learning for financial sector. He is also a Corporate Coach for Vistage Group, an exclusive CEO club.
Loh was an active educationist and trainer. He was adjunct faculty members with many leading MBA schools in Asian region namely Renmin University of China, Beijing University of China, Shenzhen University. He had conduct MBA classes in Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippine, Thailand for 20 years. He can conduct MBA classes fluently both in Mandarin and English. He lectures Marketing Management, Strategic Management, International Business, International Economics, Leadership, Managing Change, Economics, Create World Class Company. Loh style of lecturing is able to synergize both theoretical approach and practical approach. Currently he is adjunct faculty of EDS Business School.
In 2010, Loh was being awarded by the Penang State Government of Malaysia an award of PKT for his contributions to the State Government. Loh was also a regular guest speaker in the local television talk show in Malaysia such as “What say you” of TV 2, regular radio guest speaker of Melody FM and iFM to discuss contemporary economics and business issues and also regular speakers at Cari.com on economics and social issues.
Loh graduated with Master of Arts in Economics from Dalhousie University, Canada and also graduates Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing.
