Ravi is the Managing Consultant of Raviji Consulting whose primary focus is on adding value that will help making a difference in the lives of individuals and organizations. Ravi has been involved in consulting assignments with local and multinational corporations, specifically in the area talent appreciation which includes Executive Assessment, Psychometric Profiling, Coaching, Career Management, Outplacement, Development and Selection, as well as advising companies on people and business related solutions. He also facilitates career management, competency based & behavioral interview workshops.
He had a distinguished career with leading multi-national corporation Gillette, where he held several senior management roles, including Managing Director in Malaysia, General Manager in Taiwan and Singapore, Head of Marketing for Malaysia and Head of Finance in Indonesia.
Ravi has also had extensive experience with Right Management, a leading global HR consulting organization, where besides developing presence in Malaysia developed service capabilities in India and expanding service capabilities in developing countries in Asean region.
He has provided consulting services for clients in Dubai, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam working with over 10 different nationalities with varied cultural background. Lead and managed Career Management and Change programs and Executive Coaching for some major clients in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, IT, Petro Chemical, Banking, Communications and Consumer Goods industries.
Ravi is a certified Birkman Consultant with over 14 years experience supporting candidates & clients from over 15 different nationalities. He is also an Associate Business Development Partner of Birkman International.
His broad hands-on experience has provided him with intimate knowledge in the key business disciplines of sales, marketing, finance and human resources. These business skills, coupled with his years of consulting, ensure his credibility with senior level client engagements as well as facilitating board level interventions.
Outside his corporate interests, Ravi has also been involved in activities linked to community and social services and promotes good health and work life balance.
