What is Cosmic freedom qigong?
CFQ is an energy meridian-based, organ-cleansing, whole-body exercise. Its approach to health is letting go. CFQ movements consist of seven simple steps which emphasize total relaxation.

What are the benefits of CFQ?
1. Opportunity to acquire a self-healing tool or skill in basic bio-energy healing which may be also useful in helping family members and friends.
2. Help to increase your immunity and reduce the risk of disease ailments to enjoy a better state of health.
3. Helps to reduce and let go of stress, particularly at this time, and enjoy a greater sense of peace and joy.
4. Helps to improve and enhance work and academic performance.
