Hasannudin Saidin (Hasan) is Chair and CEO Coach at Vistage Malaysia as well as Coach, Facilitator and Trainer at Rubah Associates, a learning and development company he cofounded. He brings with him the requisite experience and skills acquired during his 35 years working experience, most of them in the corporate world, into his coaching, facilitating and training. Hasan holds an MBA degree from Cardiff University, UK.

He served more than 26 years at IBM Malaysia in various technical and management positions, both in Malaysia and ASEAN. Hasan was also the Director for Government Programs directly reporting to the Managing Director in IBM. Later, he moved on to become Chief Executive Officer of IXC Malaysia Berhad (InnovationXchange Malaysia), a startup company he advocated and co-founded that provided innovation intermediary services under Universiti Sains Malaysia in Penang. He had also served as Director for Business Development and Public Sector at HeiTech Managed Services before joining Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) as Director for Internet of Things (IoT).

In coaching, facilitating and training clients to achieve their goals, Hasan predominantly facilitates a process called Best Year Yet® that is geared towards breaking through barriers, finding what is important to the clients, and inspiring them to create the results they want. Using this process, he draws out the clients’ own wisdom, values and insight, enabling the clients’ plans and their living of their life to be meaningful and focused on what matters most to them.

He is a believer in open innovation, having written multiple articles on the subject in the Malaysia SME and The Edge newspapers and presented his views on the subject in the speaking circuit.  He is currently a member of MAFa (Malaysian Association of Facilitators). His past community positions include Vice President of MNCC (Malaysia National Computer Federation) and Treasurer of PIKOM (National ICT Association of Malaysia).
