Tan Lee Koon

With over 10 years of helming various leadership roles in corporates, Tan Lee Koon has become an expert
coach and consultant passionate in developing other people’s careers and personal growth.

A CFA Charter holder, Tan has been working at Hong Leong Group in various capacities such as being the
managing director of Guocoland and Hume Concrete.

Highly motivated and analytical, he uses a direct approach and unconventional solutions to deal with different
issues, to turn around companies and drive the execution stage. Equipped with general management skills, he
also has extensive knowledge in corporate finance.

Married with 3 kids, Tan is delighted to have witnessed growth when coaching and mentoring other people.
Trivia: Tan has played in the national basketball team and is still active in sports. He is often seen partaking in
basketball games or golf at weekends.
