Peter Tham
Peter Tham MBA (Victoria), CA(M), FCCA, MMIM is a highly-accomplished lecturer, corporate trainer and executive coach with over 30 years of corporate and training experience.
As a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Management, he has a deep understanding of strategic and financial management principles and practices.
His career started at Public Bank before he joined Gardenia where after 2 years he was promoted as the Head of Finance and Admin Department. He was the company’s youngest head of department. After spending 9 years at Gardenia, he was headhunted to join TNT Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as its GM, Finance.
Subsequently, he joined Kellogg’s SEA as the Finance Manager for SEA, overseeing the financial operations of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. His final corporate job was at Rentwise Sdn Bhd, a remanufactured and refurbished PC and laptop rental services company and the market leader in Green IT Infrastructure Services. He was its CFO/CRO/COO before leaving to teach and train.
Peter has built a comprehensive skill set from his extensive experience in finance, administration, accounts shared services and MIS project implementation. He leverages his know-hows to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their financial goals. His expertise in areas such as DISC behavioral analysis and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) further enhances his understanding of human behavior, communication and leadership.
His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his participation in renowned programs such as Money & You, Lawrence Walter Ng’s Mental Warrior Program, Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad’s Business School for Investors, Anthony Robbins’ Unleash The Power Within, T.
