Vincent Chan is a graduate in Institute of Marketing, UK. He started his career early 1970 in Print & Imaging Industry in a British Conglomerate in Sales & Marketing.
In 1980, he took over the same product lines and started a local Sales, Distribution and Service Company with some 39 staff, turnover first year less than RM15M. Product line expanded form Print & Imaging into Total Office Automation including brands like Bell & Howell, Pitney Bowes, Iwatsu, Fujitsu, AT&T and IBM with 8 Branch Offices.
In 1990, he was seconded to Singapore HQ to start the Lifestyle and FEC Business holding agency brand as Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia, NEC, Toshiba, Sega, Nintendo, Konami and others. At peak, Singapore & Malaysia, revenue grew to >RM380M with >100 outlets.
In 1998, he joined Ericsson Malaysia as VP Consumer and later in 2001 he was invited to re-join Wywy Malaysia as President & CEO to revamp and restructure the Company. He expanded into the Digital Printing space with HP, Kodak, Ricoh and Cron and established as an undisputed leader in pre-press to post-press end2end solutions which created a revolutionary impact to the printing industry. Sales rebounded from RM2M to >RM100M. He left the group end 2016 to explore private investments.
He also sat as an Independent Director to Jadi Imaging Holdings from 2012 to 2018.
