Ng Chee Chun graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry. His career began at Diethelm (M) Sdn Bhd, a Swiss trading company where he spent nine years developing his expertise in sales, marketing and business development, progressing from Sales Executive to Marketing Manager.

In 2000, driven by his entrepreneurial ambition, Chee Chun founded Jadychem (M) Sdn Bhd which specialises in supplying PU adhesives to the flexible packaging industry. In 2002, the company became a subsidiary of Scientex Berhad following the latter’s acquisition of a 60% stake. He subsequently divested his entire shareholding in 2007.

A year later, Chee Chun embarked on his next entrepreneurial journey by establishing Jady Chemicals Sdn Bhd, continuing to serve the flexible packaging industry. Under his leadership, the company has grown steadily and continues to serve its customers today.

Beyond building businesses, Chee Chun is passionate about business networking, mentoring and community development. He has been actively involved in Business Network International (BNI) since 2017 and has served as a Growth Director Consultant, supporting BNI chapters’ growth and development in Petaling Jaya.

He is also actively involved in CorporateConnections (CC) as a Change Catalyst, contributing to its first chapter’s establishment and development in Malaysia, a network serving established business leaders and entrepreneurs.

With more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Chee Chun has developed a strong interest in mentoring and supporting SME owners. He has helped entrepreneurs in navigating business challenges, strengthening resilience and pursuing sustainable growth, particularly during the Covid-19 period.

Guided by the philosophy of “Givers Gain®”, Chee Chun remains committed to sharing his experience, empowering fellow entrepreneurs and contributing meaningfully to the business community.
