At 75 years, he is still pursuing his life purpose to make people see what they know best.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\">He is a Senior Vistage Chair\/CEO Coach chairing a group of emerging entrepreneurs since 2002.\u00a0 His varied experiences and stint as managing director in various businesses ranging from services, trading and logistics have helped him understand and empathise with his members\u2019 personal and business challenges. He also served as a senior board member of the Penang Water Authority (PBA) for 10 years. His leadership involvement in numerous institutions and organisations involving industry workers, youths, students and entrepreneurs has earned him recognition, locally and internationally.\u00a0 Under his numerous leadership positions, he has developed the ropes of leadership, management, communication, human resources, and critical thinking.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\">As the District Governor and the Multiple Council Chairperson of the Lions Clubs International for Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore, he was recognized as one of the eight top leaders in the world in 1991.\u00a0 Another feather in his cap was when he was conferred the distinguished Kentucky Colonel by the Governor of the State of Kentucky, USA in 1990 and the recipient of four Federal and State awards.\u00a0 He also spearheaded smart partnerships with Government agencies like the Royal Malaysian Police in 1991 and held leadership positions in Small &amp; Medium Industry, education and religious institutions.<\/p><p class=\"has-text-align-center\">An accredited Advanced Toastmasters on communication for 22 years, he is also a certified train-the-trainer of the Lions Clubs International since 1983.
