Daniel Lim
Daniel Lim has a total of 41 years of working experience. He started his career in public sector in engineering services in Singapore for 8 years and subsequently into private sector for the last 33 years in property and construction industry both locally and regionally in Singapore, Philippine, India, Vietnam and China. Prior to becoming Vistage Chair, Daniel was the CEO of NazaTTDI Sdn Bhd, Senior Executive Director of Sunway Integrated Property Sdn Bhd and CEO of Sunway Property China. Daniel had also held leadership roles at TA Global Bhd, Glomac Bhd and Malton Bhd.
Daniel holds both a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with 1st class Honors from National University of Singapore.
Daniel is a hands-on and seasoned corporate leader with proven track records of turning around projects, crisis management, business transformation and business development. Over the years, Daniel has helped many companies to expand their businesses regionally, built stable and high performing management teams and transformed these businesses to overcome various challenges in operations, financial and human resources planning.
