Tat Seng has pursued and invested into multiple businesses and extended entrepreneurial and corporate advisory support for both publicly listed and non-listed companies. Armed with many years of corporate finance experience in investment banks, he transited into roles of supporting founders of businesses with manufacturing activities for global markets, taking on operational roles of Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director, navigating them towards transformation and growth, successfully leading them in fund raising and be listed on prominent stock exchanges.

Tat Seng is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Flexiroam Ltd, a company listed on the AustralianStock Exchange. He was the Finance Director of MayAir Group Ltd, which has very significant operations inChina and Malaysia and was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2015. MayAir China is presently listedon the Shanghai Stock Exchange, China. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of PureCircle Ltd,also with operations in Malaysia and China, which was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2007.

Tat Seng spent over 10 years with CIMB Investment Bank and was the Head of Corporate Finance with ECM Libra/Avenue Securities and he has accumulated extensive experience in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fund raising.

Tat Seng graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Malaya in 1990 and is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountant. He was formerly a member of the listing committee of the Labuan Financial Exchange, a subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia.
