Ravi Moorthy

Ravi has been a successful Vistage Chair and CEO coach since July 2013.  His success in chairing and mentoring is a result of his broad hands-on experience in key business disciplines of sales, marketing, finance and human resources. These business skills, coupled with his working experience at senior management level has equipped him to effectively share depth and breadth of management and leadership skills with his members.

He has had a distinguished career with leading multi-national corporation Gillette, where he held several senior management roles, including Managing Director in Malaysia, General Manager in Taiwan and Singapore, Head of Marketing for Malaysia and Head of Finance in Indonesia.

He has also had extensive experience with Right Management, a leading global HR consulting organization, where besides developing presence in Malaysia, developed service capabilities in India and expanding service capabilities in developing countries in Asean region.  He has provided consulting services for clients across Asia including Asean, China, India, and Dubai, working with over ten different nationalities with varied cultural backgrounds.  He also led and managed Career Management and Change programs and Executive Coaching for some major clients.

Outside his corporate interests, Ravi has also been involved in activities linked to community and social services, promotes good health and work life balance.
