Yau Su Peng

Yau Su Peng is an executive coach who works with CEOs, founders, and business owners of established companies navigating growth, complexity, and transition.

She specialises in supporting leaders of businesses typically in the RM30M to RM150M range, where organisations are moving beyond founder-led execution into a more structured and scalable phase. At this stage, CEOs often face increasing demands across leadership, decision-making, and execution, while the approaches that previously drove growth begin to show limitations. She works closely with CEOs to improve decision quality, strengthen leadership capability, and build the discipline required to scale effectively.

Su Peng brings a combination of operating, corporate, and coaching experience across financial services, retail, and innovation. She was previously with Mastercard Worldwide, where she served as Vice President of Marketing and Member Relations, gaining exposure to consumer marketing, enterprise sales, payments infrastructure, financial systems, and large-scale business operations. She also held senior leadership roles at Berjaya Corporation, including Director of Retail Marketing and Director of Retail and Innovation. In these roles, she worked on business growth, consumer strategy, and innovation initiatives within complex, multi-business environments.

Her background combines legal training with commercial and operational leadership. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, specialising in Telecommunications and International Trade, and a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts.

Today, she works closely with CEOs, founders, and leadership teams to address real business challenges, including organisational scaling, leadership effectiveness, and business model evolution. Her work spans both early-stage ventures and established businesses, giving her a unique perspective on how companies are built, scaled, and transformed.
