Tan Chai Kwong (Chan Sir) has dedicated more than three decades to motivational work, public speaking, leadership training, team building, and mentoring. He has a deep passion for helping individuals and organizations grow, pursue success, and create meaningful impact for society.

From 2001 to 2019, Chan Sir served as Pastor at Grace Chapel, Kota Kinabalu, where he led and developed churchleaders to serve over 200 congregants. Since 2020, he has focused on coaching Malaysian small and medium-sizedentrepreneurs, guiding them to strengthen their business structures, broaden horizons, and expand corporate territorieswith sound, people-centered strategies. His work has supported business owners and directors in achieving meaningfultransformation, both personally and professionally.

Earlier in his career, he gained entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Flavour Cake House and held operational leadership roles at Oroso Bakery in Kota Kinabalu. His practical background in managing people, operations, and business growth continues to shape his pragmatic coaching style today.

Academically, Chan Sir holds a Diploma in Business Studies (Stamford College, Kuala Lumpur), a Bachelor of Theology (Sabah Theological Seminary), and an Executive MBA (Genesis Academy / IEMD Graduate Business School, Kuala Lumpur).

Fluent in English and Chinese, Chan Sir is also a lifelong learner with interests in basketball, photography, video editing, reading, jogging, and meditation. He is committed to empowering leaders with clarity, courage, and energy to live out their purpose and realize their dreams.
