Billy Liew is a Mentor/Coach to CEOs with over 35 years of senior leadership experience across Asia Pacific, having led regional P&Ls, business transformations, and high-stakes decisions in complex, fast-moving environments.
He has held senior leadership roles with global technology and telecommunications companies, including Cisco Systems, HP, SchlumbergerSema / LHS Group, IP Unity (Glenayre), and Redknee. As Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Redknee, Billy led a successful turnaround—growing orders by 70% and revenue by 50% within two years—while building a strong leadership and performance culture.
Billy brings over 15 years of experience working with CEOs through YPO. A Certified YPO Game Plan Master Coach, he currently serves as APAC Super Region Game Plan Lead and a member of the Global Game Plan Committee. Billy facilitates strategic leadership sessions for CEOs globally. He holds an EMBA from the Kellogg–HKUST Program, a Postgraduate Diploma in Telecommunications Software from Nanyang Technological University – Information Communication Institute of Singapore, and a BSEE (Summa Cum Laude) from Boston University.
