He spearheaded strategic initiatives such as restructuring branch governance, instituting KPI‑driven accountability frameworks and modernizing business models to align with evolving market demands. His leadership was instrumental in scaling new business divisions, securing international distributorships and driving profitability across diverse portfolios.

In 2024, Adrian was appointed the first Chief Operating Officer of a warehouse operation and fulfilment company, where he partnered with founders to restructure the organization, restore investor confidence and achieve financial turnaround.
