Boh Boon Chiang

Prior to his recent retirement, Boh held the position of Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer of Khind Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the Kuala Lumpur Bursa.  Joining Khind Holdings Berhad in 2011, Boh was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire group and also has been instrumental in assisting the Group’s Chief Executive Officer in managing and executing Khind Group’s business strategies in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, the Middle East and North Africa.

Previously, Boh was the Financial Controller of INTI Universal Holdings Berhad from 1996 to 2002 before starting a career with Education Ventures Sdn Bhd (“EV”), a company involved in Early Childhood education, as Deputy Group General Manager. He was promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in January 2003.

He returned to the INTI Group in October 2006 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and was then promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in September 2007.  In February 2009, he was appointed to a new portfolio as Managing Director of INTI University College.

Aged 60, Boh is professionally qualified as an accountant with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).  He is also a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).  He also holds an MBA from the University of Bath. He has more than 30 years of commercial experience in various sectors including taxation, construction, manufacturing and education. He is currently the Independent Non-Executive Director of 3 Public Listed Companies.
