With 30 years of corporate leadership experience, Dennis Foo has worked as an expat with various global MNCs in China. He also has extensive coaching credentials in scaling businesses and leadership development.

He was a VP & GM, in the Board of Directors and Executive Committee as well as a Legal Representative of ConAgra Foods, the MD of Del Monte, GM and Board Member of Chiquita, Regional Head and Legal Representative of Nestle and the Commercial Head of Fonterra and L’Oreal.

He was responsible for the overall financial results of the Greater China market’s top and bottom-lines, reportingdirectly to the Global CEO. He has overseen operations involving hundreds of millions in revenues, leddouble-digit growth phases, built an extensive national footprint, initiated various major strategic projects such asbusiness model change, China 1.0 to China 3.0 roadmaps, an innovation centre that develops better leadershipteams, strategic partners-capacity building, the opening of new markets, built multi-cities execution teams,improved supply chain systems and helped in expanding strategic footprints through various strategic projects,mergers and acquisitions and partnerships.

He is a certified coach for business growth and strategic planning, company culture, OKRs, professional coaching, leadership assessments, an accredited board of directors, a mentor, an accredited Vistage Chair and a certified advisory board Chair with various global coaching and leadership institutions.

He studied at Wharton, CEIBS, CKGSB, SJTU, NUS, Harvard, SID, CCA, ICPT, MG and Berkeley that enhanced his leadership and management knowledge and skills. He is active in multiple business groups, boards and advisory councils such as Forbes, Harvard and the Chartered Institute of Management. A strategic thinker, he provides invaluable insights and tools to help business leaders to clarify their professional mindsets, leadership agenda, growth roadmaps and strategic imperatives.
