Dr. Khor Chai Tian
Dr. Khor Chai Tian graduated with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from University of South Australia, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the City University of Macau and a Bachelor of Economic (Hons) from the University of Malaya. He has more than 30 years of professional management skills in leadership development, strategic planning, corporate finance, corporate transformation, and performance management.
At present, he is the CEO of CTP Leadership Centre Sdn Bhd . He is also the Business Development Director of Wyncorp Advisory Sdn Bhd, a licensed investment advisor approved by Securities Commission.
Prior to this, he was the Group Executive Director of Master-Pack Group Berhad, a public company listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia. Under his leadership, the Group was developed as one of the most successful SMEs in Malaysia. He also a former director of AsiaEP Berhad, an earlier mover of e-Marketplace in Malaysia.
He was a certified Business Excellence Consultant by Enterprise Singapore and a resource personnel of Asia Productivity Organisation (APO) based in Tokyo, Japan. He has been promoting the best practices based on Business Excellence Framework for the clients in this region and achieved very impactful results. Apart from this, he also played an advisory role to help numerous SMEs in Malaysia embarked their IPOs journey successful.
He is very committed to help SMEs transform their business model and strengthen their competitive edge. Based on the Business Excellence Framework, he has been designed a Corporate Transformation Programme (CTP) to help more than 100 SME owners to transform their business successfully.
