Lee Nong Yuen

Nong Yuen holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours from the University of Malaya. His career spans over 30 years, having worked with CEOs and Business Owners/Leaders in planning and delivering strategic change initiatives worldwide. In his career’s early days, he was a Management Consultant and Program Director at Accenture for ~15 years, followed by ~20 years of building and scaling his own business transformation practice called Aristal Solutions. In 2025, he left the business by selling it to Accenture.

In his career, he acquired a vast experience in strategic business planning, enterprise transformation, merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, corporate strategy planning, business model design and operationalisation, complex technology solution implementation and organisational development.

He was involved in numerous strategy sessions with various boards and C-suites, designing and implementing core strategic business initiatives.

This includes directing multimillion-dollar technology-led transformation programmes serving millions of customers nationwide; leading complex “Day 1” integration readiness for high-profile anchor bank mergers; establishing Insurance/Takaful operations; and delivering complex corporate transformations across ASEAN, Africa and Europe.

He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar IT, re-engineering and corporate restructuring initiatives involving thousands of cross-functional stakeholders.

He has a passion for sharing his expertise throughout his career, serving as a trusted sounding board, mentor and challenger to senior leadership teams.
