Lim Eng Weng 

Lim Eng Weng is currently a Vistage Chair for the last seven years and prior to that was a Vistage member for 15 years. He is also Coach, Mentor, Trainer and Consultant to organizations for people and business transformation. This is done through his company, Matrix Technophile Sdn Bhd established since October 2011.

Eng Weng is the ex-CEO of Ricoh Malaysia for 20 years and there he gained the experience of managing an organization with 365 employees.  Throughout the period, he managed two company mergers and growing sales and profits.   He deployed smart marketing strategies to gain market share for Ricoh and help the organization to transform into a Digital Office Solutions company. His focus was on Employees, Customer and Financial asset management.

Eng Weng gained his Sales, Marketing and Business development capabilities through his ten years employment with Xerox Corporation.  He gained competency in direct and dealer channel management.

Eng Weng’s passion is in Innovation, Customer excellence and Employee motivation.  He is also a mentor-coach to students and start-ups to inspire their success. He is currently working on the disruptive Digital Transformations of organizations through the 4iR technology.
