For over two decades, Mike has thrived in the heartbeat of industrial operations – the factory floor.
His career began with a relentless curiosity about what makes organisations tick. From leading cross-functional teams of a few hundreds, he has mastered the art of turning chaos into something with clarity, inefficiency to innovation and disengaged teams to high-performing units.
He has navigated economic crises by diversification which once resulted in RM70 million in annual revenues through lean manufacturing principles and proactive problem-solvers.
These have taught him that great leaders are architects of systems and cultures. He focuses on tools that
drive ROIs, from root-cause analysis to KPIs that truly matter and PDCA for execution.
Previously, he was a General Manager and the Director of Nissha, a Japanese company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange for 20 years before his retirement in November 2024. He has also obtained an MBA at ARU, the UK and a CFP by FPAM.
