Richard Jacob is a Professional Coach, ACC, (ICF) and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, a leading Business School in the United Kingdom. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of RCJ Consulting Sdn Bhd. He is also an American Management Association (AMA) Global Faculty Member since 2005. He has over the years consulted for small and medium companies, engaged with Senior Leadership and business owners and brought growth and change to these companies.
Richard has recently become a Professional Coach and has over 25 years of solid consulting, training and facilitation experience both internationally and locally. His experience includes business turnaround, leadership development in companies and developing business plans for companies. He is an Accountant by training and was an Auditor in an international firm of Accountants for nine years where he acquired significant financial experience. His significant practical corporate experience comes from being a Financial Manager, Company Secretary and Business Development Manager in a leading Swedish pharmaceutical company by the name of Astra Pharmaceutical (now Astra-Zeneca) where he worked for 14 years under 3 different CEOs.
His impressive client list includes BBraun in Malaysia where he has designed and delivered a Sales Program branded PROSAT (Professional Sales Training) over 7 years with Pre and Post Assessments and Post Program Coaching, Philips units in Asia delivering Marketing modules as part of their Global Faculty for Revolutionary Change in Marketing. He has also designed and developed Marketing Development Programs for 3M Malaysia, Maxis, Astro and Tractors Malaysia. He has delivered training programs in areas of his expertise in Cairo, Dubai, Asia including Japan and China amongst other countries and Australia.
