Roy Kevin Ho
Roy brings over 30 years of leadership and transformation experience across Commercial and Investment Banking, Telecommunications, Business Turnaround and ERP implementation. He has a strong track record in strategic advisory, corporate restructuring, financial management and organisational transformation.
His banking career started in 1995; he progressed from Graduate Officer to Branch Manager in 2002, serving Sarawak, Johor and Sabah. His expertise includes branch turnaround, credit evaluation, financial structuring and funding advisory.
In investment banking, Roy was involved in the origination of bond issuances, IPO advisory, fundraising initiatives and the transformation of mid-cap companies into large-cap ones. He also played a key role in advising a funding structure for a fibre optic project.
A strong advocate of leadership development and succession planning, Roy has mentored and developed numerous professionals into senior leadership positions through his people-focused approach to talent and capability-building.
Roy holds a degree in Econometrics from Australia and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister in November 2025. He is currently completing his chambering at a leading litigation firm in Kuching, Sarawak.
