Saim brings over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, reflecting his prominence as a leader in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship. As the founder and former CEO of CardsPal, a digital venture backed by an institutional investor, he led the venture to an eight-figure (in USD) acquisition, showcasing his knack for turning innovative ideas into profitable ventures.

Saim is also a mentor for the Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN) and Shell Startup Engine and serves as a non-executive director for two non-profits that empower women and children. His leadership and innovative contributions have been recognized with multiple industry awards at a global level. This includes the Digital CX Awards: Outstanding Transformation in Digital CX given out during Covid-19 by The Digital Banker, underscoring his impact in fostering business excellence and sustainable growth.

Saim is the Chair of ASEAN Forum in SEA Founders, a membership community of start-ups that have raised more than US$1 million and/or generate over US$1 million in annual revenue.
