Tang Chee Wai
Graduated in 1996 with a Professional Degree from MAICSA (The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
I had served as an Operations Manager for Payroll Outsourcing Services, possessing 10 years of experience as a payroll specialist, with extensive expertise in salary structure design, performance incentives, and benefits planning. Some of the clients I have worked with include Microsoft, Unilever, Pfizer, Tetra Pak, General Electric, and etc.
In 2006, I joined Dale Carnegie Training as a Performance Consultant, accumulating a wealth of experience in areas such as employee training needs analysis, training program design, and training evaluation. From 2012 to 2019, I became the Managing Director of Dale Carnegie Training’s Chinese division, responsible for the Mandarin market in Malaysia. During this period, I continuously assisted small and medium-sized business owners by providing comprehensive solutions that brought tangible results to their companies or departments, including increased revenue, market share, productivity, and profitability.
Furthermore, I am a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer, utilizing the principles of Dale Carnegie training to identify the unique traits of participants and provide them with more effective training. This helps participants apply Dale Carnegie principles and cultivate habits that lead to a solid foundation of self-confidence. The training is beneficial for personal leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership, enabling participants to continuously enhance their achievements and create a better life.
In 2020, I established CW Coaching & Consulting, entering the field of coaching, and also becoming a certified coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Leveraging my expertise in various domains, I specialize in providing comprehensive organizational development and human resources consulting services, helping businesses optimize their operations and employee performance.
