She has worked with senior leaders with both global organisations and local organisations to design and develop practical and sustainable strategies and programs in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Retention that driving business results.

- less than 2 years as a Vistage Speaker

- an average annual score of 8.5 in both content and delivery, plus real-world applicability
