As a Chair with Vistage Malaysia, I facilitate peer advisory groups and one-to-one coaching conversations for leaders who want to grow not only their businesses — but also themselves and their people.
My career has been built at the intersection of technology, business, and leadership, with the privilege of contributing to Malaysia’s digital transformation — from e-procurement and Islamic banking systems to trade and customs digitalization. These experiences shaped how I see leadership: systems and strategy matter, but people, clarity, and accountability matter more.
I don’t try to have all the answers.
My role is to ask better questions, create clarity, and help leaders turn insight into action.
I remain active in business and technology ventures, and I enjoy creating practical tools, visual frameworks, and AI-enabled thinking aids — such as Issue Processing GPT, SWOT GPT, and BMC GPT — to help leaders simplify complexity and strengthen decision-making.
Education & Learning
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Computing Studies from the University of East Anglia. I’ve also continued learning through executive programs at INSEAD and MIT Sloan, deepening my understanding of leadership, strategy, and innovation — and reinforcing the belief that growth never stops.
